“I’m honored to serve on the board,” said Juan Huizar, a 20-year veteran real estate broker, CCIM, and investor. “From the very beginning, it was my goal to develop a community of independent mom-and-pop apartment owners. I want to make sure that the apartment owners are being looked after and that they have a collective voice. It’s important that, as apartment owners and real estate investors, we know our rights and that we’re unified together. We need to make sure that we’re always on the negotiation table and not on the plate.”

As an apartment owner and real estate broker who speaks with real estate investors on a daily basis, Juan Huizar brings a wealth of knowledge and fresh perspectives to the Board of the Apartment Association of California Southern Cities.
