Cody Charnell comes to Sage Real Estate from Buckingham Investments, an established powerhouse real estate brokerage serving the Greater South Bay area of Los Angeles County, after successfully running their Long Beach office.

Cody Charnell has been helping people invest in multifamily real estate since starting off as an agent in 2014. Since obtaining his broker’s license in 2019, he has quickly risen up the ranks within the industry and has invested in several properties in Long Beach.
