California Eviction Moratorium Update – June 16, 2021

Good Afternoon,

Two issues:

Eviction Moratorium likely to be on the County Board of Supervisors agenda tomorrow and the discussion will be about extending the eviction moratorium 3 months. Again, if extended this moratorium will trump any language that LB has on the books including the provision in the LB just cause ordinance about substantial remodels and 60 day notices.
Attached is the latest on inclusionary housing policy in LB and its impact – in the event you are interested in developing residential units or have a client that does.
