Juan is a Licensed California Real Estate Broker that has acquired his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. CCIM’s are recognized experts in brokerage, valuation, and investment analysis. Juan specializes in selling multifamily apartment units as well as residential properties. He prides himself in locating value-added properties that maximize the client’s investment yields. Juan is a detail-oriented entrepreneur. Today he handles everything from finding, funding, designing, managing, and selling investment properties. His diverse experience in commercial and multifamily real estate allows him to develop and navigate a wide range of projects.

Caleb currently oversees asset performance and provides decision support for a portfolio of real estate investments totaling over 65 million dollars. With a proven background in investment analytics, asset management, and commercial brokerage, he possesses all of the necessary skills to support his clients in every stage of ownership, while guiding them to their investment goals. Today he plays a key role for SAGE by analyzing potential asset acquisition and disposition opportunities, providing market insight and positioning guidance, modeling cash flows and deal structures, and performing due diligence.

Amber earned her Bachelor’s degree from CSU Bakersfield in 2003 before moving to Long Beach and earning her teaching credentials from Long Beach State. Her past experiences in the real estate industry include lending, property management, and residential sales. As someone who has raised two beautiful daughters in Long Beach, as well as being an active board member of the Parent-Teacher Association, Amber truly recognizes the importance of locating ideal properties for families that are searching for the perfect home. Amber prides herself on being personable, professional, and precise when negotiating and navigating real estate transactions.
